Foreshore Place

Iconic. Vibrant. Young. Urban. A modernist inspired high-rise in Cape Town’s downtown, FORESHORE PLACE launched 11 floors of beautifully designed Scandinavian and Mid-Century Modernist urban living spaces in May 2019. The identity was inspired by the distinctive architectural design visible on the exterior of this iconic skyscraper. This unique development required an equally unique brand expression. Vibrant colours were selected for greater impact creating excitement and awareness in an otherwise congested and overpriced property market. The marketing focused on attracting first-time buyers with an appetite to own property.
